Hello! My name is Zinnia, and I'm an spanish artist. I'm not professional, but I really enjoy making merch for my favourite series (and original characters as well!).
While I sell most of my stuff on conventions, I'm setting this online store hoping to reach more of you! (Thank you all for visiting!)
Because of taxes, buying online products may be pricier, so I'd reccomend if we have the chance to meet in any con, you better buy them there (also, I'd love to know you all!). If there's anything you wanna buy and don't mind waiting, just message me telling what you're interested in, and I'll save it for you until we can meet.
On the other hand, preorder items are always cheaper than buying in-stock items (even compared to con price), so it`s a great oportunity to get what you want!! You can also select free delivery if you plan to pick it up anytime! However, remember that they may take a while to ship!!
Also, in regards to shipping, unless extraordinary circumstances (which I would notify you), I ship within a week. If you need anything to be sent as soon as possible (like, for example, a birthday gif for someone), message me first to check what can we do!
When comes to shipping methods, you're free to choose the one that fits better with your budget or prefered delivery time. However, I'd recomend you to choose tracked shipping, which is safer and allows you to locate your parcel in any moment.
Remember once the parcel is shipped, I don't have any responsability over it. This means if the shipment is delayed or the parcel is lost, there's nothing I can do about it. In that case, please contact the mailing company.
